POYC Change And Innovation In Community Pharmacy Services Onwards And Upwards!
The Kamra ta l-Ispizjara ta Malta – Malta Chamber of Pharmacists and the Pharmaceutical Division of the Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises – GRTU note with satisfaction the Minister for Social Policys statement in which he confirmed that the POYC rollout shall continue after a long evaluation period.
The partners consider this statement as a seal of success that endorses the tripartite vision for community health and pharmaceutical care services to benefit patients.
The Kamra ta l-Ispizjara ta Malta – Malta Chamber of Pharmacists and the Pharmaceutical Division of the Chamber of Small and Medium Enterprises – GRTU have been proactively participating in the POYC Standing advisory committee meetings since the beginning of this year, contributing to the ongoing monitoring and fine tuning of the systems and practices that underpin this important and significant project which is a keystone in the restructuring of primary health care services.
