1st March: meeting with Chamber legal advisor re PI.

28th February 2014: Meetings held at Chamber Headquarters, MFPA, Community Pharmacists Working Committee meeting , Gzira,  1.30-3.30pM. In parallel meeting with MQPA re Memorandum of Understanding on PII scheme access @ 12.45pm. This was followed by another meeting with the Association of Medical Representatives (AMR)  on PI @ 1.45pm.

27th February 2014: meeting with SRIB and MQPA re professional indemnity (PI)

7th February 2014: Ministry of Health Meeting for doctors and pharmacists “The Indemnity Insurance” at Main Auditorium, Mater Dei Hospital, 7.00pm.

22nd January 2014: Meeting with Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr. D. Vella Baldacchino at Ministry for Health, Valletta re Medical Indemnity. Dr. Paul Cachia, Legal Advisor within the Ministry in attendance.

6th January 2014: South Risk Insurance Brokers are appointed as official brokers for Pharmacists PI Scheme.
19th December 2013: Meeting for pharmacists regarding Professional Indemnity @ 7.30pm @ Main Auditorium, Mater Dei Hospital.  A Working Committee of 8 Community Pharmacists is set up. Its major function is to make proposals to changes to the legislation.
