EGM held on 9th May re POYC Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Domiciliary Delivery (DD)
The POYC Domiciliary Delivery of Medicines (POYC DDM) to 70+ registered patients shall be extended nationwide in the coming days.
Further to our POYC DD Meetings, on the 25th April (pharmacy) and 9th May (all pharmacists and pharmacy owners) at the Conference Hall of the Malta Federation of Professional Assoiations, Sliema Road, Gzira please find hereunder:

During the meetings, the President of the Chamber stated that besides the challenge of the EU Directive on proportionality test proposal which is being actively discussed with Government (together with Dental Association and Medical Association of Malta (MAM)):
Pharmacy Licence issue – recent court sentence introduces serious precedent;
Falsified Medicines Directive implementation – another challenge to community pharmacy (opportunity)
