The Pharmaceutical Group of the European Union welcomes the adoption by the European Parliament of the Directive on Falsified Medicines. ECJ RULING Berlin - EU member states are free to control the establishment of new pharmacies by demographic and geographic restrictions provided that those rules are not discriminatory and that they do not prevent, in areas with special demographic characteristics, the setting up of a sufficient number of pharmacies to ensure adequate pharmaceutical services. We wish to announce the sad departure early this morning at 1.30 a.m. of Mrs Olga Felice, the beloved mother of our Kamra President, Maryann Sant Fournier and Dr Alex Felice Dr Donald Felice, and Perit David Felice. She is finally reunited with her beloved Ferdinand, one of our illustrious past Presidents. May she rest in peace. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
